Job summary

Kyocera Document Solutions Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an ICT Planning Support professional to assist in planning and implementing ICT plans across the organization. You will promote digital transformation by advising on suitable tools and applications, and guide staff in adopting good ICT practices to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, networking, or computer engineering.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, switching, routing, and firewalls.
• Experience with Operating Systems, Active Directory, Entra ID, Cloud Applications.
• Familiarity with print/scan environments, capture solutions, or DMS.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support ICT planning and digital transformation initiatives.
• Advise on ICT tools and applications for company ICT plans.
• Assist in ICT infrastructure management and security measures.
• Lead team to deploy MFPs/print servers and manage print/dms solutions across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid setups.
• Support pre-sales activities, project management, and proposals with Sales.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

You will support company leaders and management team in planning and implementing ICT plans.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Promote digital transformation by providing advice on suitable ICT tools and applications to be embedded into the company's ICT plans.
• Guide staffs in their adoption and use of good ICT practices, tools and applications to enhance staff productivity and optimize workflows.
• Support ICT infrastructure management, including putting in place essential ICT security measures.
• Handle team to deploy and configure multifunction printers (MFPs/Inkjet) and print servers, implement and support print management, document capturing, and document management systems across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid setups.
• Handle team to integrate MFPs &/or solutions with customer IT environments, Configure scanning workflows, OCR, SMB/FTP, and cloud routing.

• Provide Helpdesk support and manage escalations.

• Support pre-sales activities, project management and assist with technical proposals, create new business with Sales team.

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Networking, or Computer Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, switching, routing, and firewalls.

• Services (M365 & Google Workspace)
