Job summary

Obayashi Singapore Private Limited is seeking an ICT Engineer to provide daily IT operations support across the organization, handling user requests, troubleshooting devices, networks, printers, and servers.

You will conduct preventive maintenance, assist with installation and management of the company network, manage hardware/software assets, support AV systems for meetings, and perform duties as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Windows 11, M365 App, basic networking, and enterprise software.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles (e.g., MFA, endpoint security, data protection).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Troubleshoot problems involving computers, laptops, networks, printers, and servers.
• Deliver training and perform hardware/software administration duties and support.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on computers, servers, and firewall.
• Assist with the installation, maintenance, and management of the company’s computer network.
• Maintain and update inventory records for all hardware and software assets.
• Support the management of communications, workstations, and network services.
• Maintain and support AV systems in meeting rooms, including troubleshooting and setup for presentations and video conferencing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge of Windows 11, M365 App, basic networking, and enterprise software.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices (e.g., MFA, endpoint security, data protection).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to undertake additional duties outside the IT scope when required.
