The MHA - Internal Security Department (ISD) in Singapore is looking for a dedicated professional to enhance internal security through technology and endpoint management. As part of a team working on a Digital Transformation Programme, you will focus on technical designs while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
This role involves collaboration with infrastructure teams, leading service providers, and ensuring excellent end-user experiences. Required qualifications include strong knowledge of operating systems, endpoint tools such as Microsoft Intune, and experience in troubleshooting and vendor management.
ISD confronts and addresses threats to Singapore’s internal security and stability. For over 70 years, ISD and its predecessor organisations have played a central role in countering threats such as those posed by foreign subversive elements, spies, racial and religious extremists, and terrorists. You are expected to have strong infrastructure and endpoint background. You will be closely working with peers from other teams like network and security to ensure a holistic view during the design and implementation to achieve the best experience for the end‑users in terms of network performance, usability, accessibility, and security.
