The Endpoint Support Specialist role within the Internal Security Department (ISD) in Singapore focuses on evaluating, procuring, configuring and supporting endpoint devices to ensure operational steadiness for ISD projects.
You will manage image builds, IT deployment, and de-kitting support while staying current with new technology to bolster IT security posture for the organisation.

A fulfilling and rewarding career awaits those who want to join in ISD’s critical mission of keeping Singapore safe, secure and sovereign for all Singaporeans.The Endpoints Support Specialist is responsible for the evaluation, procurement, configuration, management, and support of endpoint devices (e.g. PCs, notebooks, printers, scanners, etc.) for daily to large scale projects in a timely order to ensure operational steadiness for the organisation.
You will manage and evaluate the procurement of endpoint devices, handle and manage image builds, and carry out IT deployment. This includes providing de-kitting cycle support in line with the IT Support’s deployment, technology refresh, and ad hoc requirements to provide support for the organisation’s needs. You will also keep abreast of the new technology products and services in the IT industry for sourcing, evaluation and recommendation to enhance and/or improve IT technology and/or IT security posture for the organisation.
