Job summary

Sunnyhill Ace Pte. Ltd. invites applications for an ICT/Multimedia teacher at Oasis Primary School in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering computer literacy lessons to Primary 1–6, developing resources, and supporting staff with ICT training.

You will manage AV/IT setups for events, handle school photography/video editing, and maintain the media archive while supporting the school's digital infrastructure and websites. 18-month contract.

Qualifications

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Teaching & Curriculum: Conduct computer training and digital literacy lessons for Primary 1 to 6 students; develop and review training resources aligned with the school's needs.
• Training Support: Assist in ICT training for school staff, the InfoComm Club, and ICT Student Leaders.
• AV & Event Logistics: Setup and manage Public Address (PA) equipment, Zoom/Teams webinars, and provide technical support during major school functions (e.g., National Day, Awards Day).
• Multimedia Production: Handle school photography and videography, including professional photo/video editing and maintaining the school's media archive.
• Technical & Digital Infrastructure: Support school website design/maintenance, manage AV/IT equipment inventories, and provide basic technical support in Computer Labs.

Working Hours & Location

• Location: 71 Edgefield Plains, Singapore 828716 (Oasis Primary School)
• Contract Duration: 18-Month Contract (1 Jan 2027 to 30 June 2028)
• Hours: Monday to Thursday (8:00 AM - 5:30 PM), Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM). Note: Occasional early starts at 7:15 AM may be required to support special school events.

Qualifications & Experience

• Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent certification in Information Technology, Multimedia, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching computer applications within a school environment (experience in a Singapore primary school is highly preferred).

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Sites).
• Competent with iOS devices & apps (iPad, iMac, Keynote, Pages, Numbers).
• Practical knowledge of multimedia applications: Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator .
• Intermediate knowledge in STEM/Coding concepts (e.g., Scratch, Arduino, Micro:bit, Apple Swift Playgrounds).

Soft Skills

• Strong command of English (both written and oral).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team-player mindset.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
