Job summary

DYNAMIC SAFETY PTE. LTD. is seeking an ICT-focused professional to manage and maintain school ICT devices and provide user support. The role includes setting up shared devices, assisting leaders and teachers, and collaborating with ICT staff to deliver reliable technical services.

You will also handle AV setups for events, assist with audio/video production, and train students in Digital Literacy and common Microsoft/Google applications, with emphasis on clear communication in English.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field.
• Experience as ICT Executive or equivalent in a local school.
• MOE registered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience in AV setup, video production, and video editing.
• Inventory tracking experience preferred.
• Experience conducting Digital Literacy and ICT training for primary students.
• Knowledge of ICT device troubleshooting and technical support.
• Good written and spoken English.

• Provide technical and application support to school users.
• Manage, deliver, and set up shared ICT devices and resources.
• Assist school leaders, management, and teachers with ICT-related tasks.
• Work closely with ICT staff and Desktop Engineers to provide technical support.
• Set up audio-visual equipment such as projectors, laptops, and audio systems for school events.
• Assist with audio and video production when required.
• Support non-SSOE devices, ALP, and ICT/Robotics equipment, including checking, charging, packing, and inventory.
• Conduct Digital Literacy and ICT-related training for students, including Microsoft and Google applications

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• Experience as an ICT Executive or equivalent in a local school.
