Working Hours
- Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, inclusive of 1-hour lunch break
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, inclusive of 1-hour lunch break
- No service required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
Job Summary
The ICT Executive will support the school's ICT operations, including device management, technical and application support, shared ICT resources, AV setup, audio/video production, ALP ICT/Robotics equipment and Digital Literacy training. The role will work closely with the HOD ICT, Subject Head ICT, ICT Manager and Desktop Engineers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Device Management
- Manage ICT devices, equipment, peripherals and gadgets under the ICT department.
- Maintain and manage school ICT resources.
2. Technical & Application Support
- Provide technical and application support to users.
- Troubleshoot ICT devices and provide technical assistance when required.
3. Shared ICT Device Management
- Maintain and handle shared ICT devices.
- Deliver and set up ICT devices and resources at requested rooms or locations.
4. ICT Task Support
- Assist school leaders, management and teachers with ICT-related tasks.
- Support the HOD ICT, Subject Head ICT and ICT Manager as required.
5. Collaboration with Desktop Engineers
- Work closely with Desktop Engineers deployed in the school.
- Provide operational and technical support where required.
6. Audio-Visual Support
- Assist with audio, projector and notebook setup for school programmes and events.
- Support events including Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Grad Night, Education & Career Guidance, National Day, Teachers' Day, Children's Day and Founder's Day.
7. Audio & Video Production
- Assist with audio and video production for school programmes and activities.
- Support media-related requirements for school events.
8. Non-SSOE Devices & ALP ICT/Robotics Equipment
- Provide technical support for non-SSOE devices during school hours.
- Test, count and review ALP equipment and resources.
- Identify equipment for disposal or purchase and update the HOD ICT accordingly.
- Charge and pack ALP equipment and resources before each ALP cycle.
9. ICT Training
- Conduct Digital Literacy and Technological Skills lessons.
- Provide training on Microsoft applications and Google applications.
- Conduct ICT-related and video-related training for students.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in any field.
- Experience working as an ICT Executive or in an equivalent role in local school(s).
- MOE registered.
Experience & Knowledge
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace.
- Experience with AV setup and production.
- Experience in audio, video and media production for school events.
- Experience with video editing software and applications.
- Inventory tracking experience is preferred.
- Experience conducting Digital Literacy and Technological Skills lessons for primary school students.
- Experience providing ICT-related training to students in primary schools.
- Knowledge of ICT device troubleshooting and technical support.
