Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific is seeking a Workspace Technology Engineer to support, maintain, and improve end-user workspace technologies across the organisation in Singapore. You will work independently on day-to-day operations and contribute to design, improvements, and project initiatives.

Responsibilities include managing device lifecycles, administering Intune/SCCM, supporting Microsoft 365 services, enabling VDI/AVD access, and ensuring security/compliance across workspace environments.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
• Administrator experience in Intune, and SCCM Admin Portal (Mandatory).
• Administrator experience in Virtual environment (Azure Admin Portal) (Mandatory).
• e.g. Creating AVD, Runbooks & etc.
• Working knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), Group Policy, and endpoint security controls
• Basic to intermediate PowerShell scripting skills
• Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes 3–5 years of experience in Workspace role
• Experience supporting enterprise or corporate IT environments
• Exposure to audit, compliance, or regulated environments is an advantage

• Troubleshoot complex endpoint and workspace-related issues.
• Workspace & Collaboration Technologies: Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Assist with collaboration and productivity tool enhancements.
• Support virtual desktop or remote access solutions (e.g. AVD, VDI) where applicable.
• Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain endpoint security controls such as BitLocker, Defender, and compliance policies.
• Support identity and access management using Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Ensure workspace environments meet internal security, audit, and compliance requirements.
• User Support & Operations: Provide Level 2 / Level 3 support for workspace-related incidents and service requests.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions for recurring issues.
• Collaborate with Service Desk and infrastructure teams to improve support efficiency.
• Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
• Participate in technology refresh, pilot, and proof-of-concept (POC) activities.
• Proactively identify opportunities (automation; AI etc.) to improve user experience, stability, and security

Role Overview
