Job summary

R SYSTEMS (SINGAPORE) PTE LIMITED is seeking an experienced End-User Computing & Workspace Technologies specialist to manage device lifecycle, Intune, SCCM, and Azure AD environments in an enterprise IT setting.

The role focuses on delivering secure workspace experiences, automating repetitive tasks, and collaborating with Service Desk and infrastructure teams to maintain uptime and compliance across Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and identity/security controls.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Windows 11 + Microsoft 365.
• Administrator experience in Intune and SCCM Admin Portal.
• Administrator experience in Virtual environments (Azure Admin Portal).
• Working knowledge of Azure AD/Entra ID, Group Policy, and endpoint security controls.
• Basic to intermediate PowerShell scripting skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes.
• 3-5 years of experience in Workspace roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
• Exposure to audit or regulated environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage device lifecycle activities including provisioning, patching, upgrades, and decommissioning.
• Administer endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
• Troubleshoot complex endpoint and workspace-related issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Assist with collaboration and productivity tool enhancements.
• Support virtual desktop or remote access solutions (e.g. AVD, VDI) where applicable.
• Implement and maintain endpoint security controls such as BitLocker and Defender.
• Support identity and access management using Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Ensure workspace environments meet internal security, audit, and compliance requirements.
• Provide Level 2 / Level 3 support for workspace-related incidents and service requests.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks; participate in automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

End-User Computing & Device Management

• Manage device lifecycle activities including provisioning, patching, upgrades, and decommissioning
• Administer endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune and/or SCCM
• Troubleshot complex endpoint and workspace-related issues

Workspace & Collaboration Technologies

• Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
• Assist with collaboration and productivity tool enhancements
• Support virtual desktop or remote access solutions (e.g. AVD, VDI) where applicable

Security & Compliance

User Support & Operations

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks
• Participate in technology refresh, pilot, and proof-of-concept (POC) activities
• Proactively identify opportunities (automation; AI etc.) to improve user experience, stability, and security

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
• Administrator experience in Intune, and SCCM Admin Portal (Mandatory)
• Administrator experience in Virtual environment (Azure Admin Portal) (Mandatory) e.g. Creating AVD, Runbooks & etc.
• Working knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), Group Policy, and endpoint security controls
• Basic to intermediate PowerShell scripting skills
• Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes
• 3-5 years of experience in Workspace role
• Experience supporting enterprise or corporate IT environments
