Job summary

R Systems Singapore is seeking an End-User Computing and Device Management professional to manage device lifecycle, administer Intune/SCCM, and resolve workspace issues across the enterprise. You will support Microsoft 365 services, enhance collaboration tooling, and ensure security controls and compliance while partnering with Service Desk and infrastructure teams to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Mandatory experience in Intune and SCCM Admin Portal.
• Mandatory experience in Virtual environments (Azure Admin Portal) such as AVD and Runbooks.
• Knowledge of Entra ID/Azure AD, Group Policy, and endpoint security controls.
• PowerShell scripting skills (basic to intermediate).
• Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes.

• Provide Level 2/3 support for workspace incidents and requests.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
• Collaborate with Service Desk and infrastructure teams to improve efficiency.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.
• Participate in technology refresh, pilot, and POC activities.
• Identify opportunities for automation/AI to improve UX, stability, and security.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Administer endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune and/or SCCM
• Troubleshot complex endpoint and workspace-related issues

Security & Compliance

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks
• Participate in technology refresh, pilot, and proof-of-concept (POC) activities
• Proactively identify opportunities (automation; AI etc.) to improve user experience, stability, and security

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
• Administrator experience in Intune, and SCCM Admin Portal (Mandatory)
• Administrator experience in Virtual environment (Azure Admin Portal) (Mandatory) e.g. Creating AVD, Runbooks & etc.
• Working knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), Group Policy, and endpoint security controls
• Basic to intermediate PowerShell scripting skills
• Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes
• 3–5 years of experience in Workspace role
• Experience supporting enterprise or corporate IT environments
• Exposure to audit, compliance, or regulated environments is an advantage
