HSBC Bank (Singapore) Limited is seeking a senior professional for VP, Risk and Controls - Retail Banking & Wealth. You will lead risk and control initiatives across front-line and risk functions, focusing on AML/KYC, operational resilience, and end-to-end controls across IWPB services.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder influence, and deep knowledge of risk management. Hybrid work arrangement supported with opportunities for growth within HSBC's global network.

Formación

• Leadership experience across front-line and risk roles.
• Strong AML/KYC and operational resilience knowledge.
• Proven problem-solving skills and pragmatic solutions.
• Strong understanding of IWPB products, services and operations.
• Excellent risk acumen and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead QC analysts and ensure SLAs are met; report quality-score MI to Business Heads and Regional BFCR.
• Tabulate quarterly QC results and provide RM scorecard ratings; share findings with onshore and offshore teams.
• Develop and implement risk and control processes aligned with regulatory requirements and Internal standards.
• Articulate business risk profile including key-control design, operating effectiveness and monitoring plans.
• Identify, assess and elevate control weaknesses and emerging risks; support risk appetite and governance activities.
• Support IBS assessments, continuity planning, testing, and incident guidance; coordinate with IBS owners.
