Responsibilities

• Ensure all Credit Card and Unsecured Lending policies comply with regulations and guidelines.
• Provide support to the Senior Manager for Unsecured Lending reviews, audits and forums.
• Refine and implement credit card portfolio risk management strategies balancing customer experience, market competitiveness, and profitability.
• Leverage data, analytics, models, bureau insights, and systems to enable automated risk actions.
• Maintain oversight of risk models and tools to ensure performance and outcomes.
• Provide second line oversight of controls for Retail Credit Risk Processing per HSBC Risk Management Framework.
• Collaborate with Product, Underwriting, Collections, Operations and regional stakeholders to deliver balanced growth strategies.
• Support governance and regulatory requirements and QA responsibilities across Country IWPB Risk and Compliance.
