Job summary

FUNCO PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Sales Coordinator to keep enquiries moving and ensure bookings are handed over smoothly to the events and operations teams. You will respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, manage CRM, and support account managers.

The role is hybrid in Singapore, with some in-office and work-from-home days for team coordination and client meetings; weekend availability may be required during peak periods.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in sales support, customer service or coordination.
• Fast, friendly and clear on WhatsApp and email.
• Organised and able to juggle many enquiries at once.
• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries from WhatsApp, email, website forms and social media within one working day.
• Prepare quotations and proposals using our package and rental price lists.
• Manage bookings and coordinate with events and operations teams.
• Follow up on quotations and maintain the sales pipeline.
