Job summary

Crisis24 is seeking an experienced Implementation & Solutions Consultant based in Singapore to join our Regional Customer Success team. This hybrid, client-facing role blends SaaS implementation with technical pre-sales support, translating complex tech into business value.

You will lead multi-project implementations, drive go-live success, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to optimize the Crisis24 platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SaaS implementation, customer success, solutions engineering or related client-facing tech role.
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering software implementations.
• Strong project management skills across multiple engagements.
• Excellent client-facing communication and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Proficiency with CRM and PM tools, especially Salesforce and JIRA.
• Knowledge of SaaS APIs and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation lifecycle for new customers and upsells, from kickoff to go-live.
• Serve as primary client contact during implementation, setting expectations and communications.
• Define timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria using JIRA, Salesforce, Certinia.
• Gather client requirements and tailor implementation approaches to business objectives.
• Provide best-practice guidance to optimize Crisis24 solutions and realize value.
• Monitor progress, identify roadblocks, and ensure smooth transition to support.
• Collaborate with regional sales on technical discovery, solution design, and demos.
• Address technical questions from prospects and coordinate with senior teams when needed.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and development of technical sales materials.
• Translate sales requirements into practical implementation plans and maintain CRM records.
