Job summary

Synergix Technologies Pte Ltd is seeking professionals for a combined pre-sales, implementation and customer success role in Singapore. You will support sales activities, demonstrate ERP capabilities, and lead project delivery for smooth rollouts.

The position involves requirements gathering, solution design, stakeholder alignment and end-user training to ensure successful live deployments across clients.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with prospects, customers and across departments.
• Experience in ERP implementation or software consulting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support: requirement analysis, product demos and sales support.
• Prepare demo data sets, mock scenarios, and proofs of concept to show product capability.
• Propose ERP solutions meeting prospects' objectives and assist the sales team.
• Lead project kick-offs, present plans, schedules and training.
• Conduct implementation sessions, identify gaps, and align expectations with customers.
• Document business requirements and coordinate with analysts for solution estimation.
• Facilitate discussions between customers and technical teams for enhancements.
• Deliver end-user training on system setup and operations.
• Assist customers with simple documents and form customization like quotations and invoices.
• Monitor tasks, billing schedules and invoicing through live rollout.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide product improvement feedback.
