Job summary

Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) invites you to join a role focused on enhancing the student experience and improving operational efficiency within the Office of the Registrar. You will oversee the design, implementation, and management of new systems and processes while guiding organizational change and engaging stakeholders.

The successful candidate will lead cross-department process design, manage end-to-end sign-offs, and drive UAT and SOP updates as part of a broader change

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience.
• Experience with functional and change management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with business process modelling, requirements elicitation, and documentation.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with data reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and drive functional tracks based on agreed objectives and outcomes.
• Review and sign-off end-to-end to-be business processes and requirements.
• Disseminate information to stakeholders and senior management for feedback and approvals.
• Conduct business process analysis, re-engineering and optimization for RO and bridge business/technical sides.
• Lead cross-department process design and manage change impacts.
• Lead functional teams in determining future business requirements and key design decisions.
• Oversee the implementation of redesigned processes around new systems.
• Identify and mitigate issues/risks; escalate as needed to project management.
• Review and approve project deliverables and attend governance meetings.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and post-implementation support; update SOPs.
