Job summary

Marsh in Singapore is seeking a talented insurance professional to join our Multinational Incoming team within the risk business. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days per week and offers exposure to Marsh's global client network.

You will manage multinational client servicing, coordinate with overseas Marsh offices, and drive adoption of Marsh systems and tools while ensuring quality service and risk protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years of experience within the general insurance industry.
• Attained minimum Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent (ANZIIF or ACII preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multinational client servicing by working with overseas Marsh offices across geographies to manage their global clients’ local entities in Singapore for their insurance needs, including pre-renewal data gathering, renewal discussions, and post-renewal activities such as policy documentation and training support.
• Deliver prompt and accurate processing of clients’ insurance requests and ensure overall client servicing meets quality standards.
• Lead digital tools implementation and adoption with our clients by partnering closely with internal teams to support both team and external clients’ adoption of Marsh systems and tools.
• Implement action plans, monitor progress, and assure service meets or exceeds client expectations while protecting the firm from Errors & Omissions.
