Job summary

Lonza in Singapore seeks an MSAT Project Manager to lead customer-facing initiatives and ensure delivery per agreements. You will act as the customer's advocate on-site and coordinate across commercial, quality, and operations teams.

The role requires collaboration with internal partners, strong relationship-building, and the ability to manage information across multiple systems while working an office-first schedule with up to 20% remote time.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Technical or Business.
• Collaborates with external customers and internal partners.
• Strong customer-first relationship-building and independent work.

Responsibilities

• Be the interface between the Customer and Lonza to ensure execution and delivery according to expectations.
• Understand the Customer's needs and represent their interests by acting as their advocate on-site.
• Serve as the primary internal contact for questions or issues regarding contractual obligations.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of all agreements (e.g. Development, Commercial, Quality).
• Operate according to PM training profile assigned processes and standard work to effectively manage projects.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the life cycle of the customer project.
• Lead timely demand signals through IBP forecasting as per requirements of the product type/customer.
