Job summary

Lonza is seeking an MSAT Project Manager to oversee customer projects at our Singapore site. You will liaise between customers and Lonza to ensure timely execution, proudly representing customer interests on-site and guiding internal teams to meeting contractual obligations.

The role requires strong collaboration with commercial, quality and operations teams, and comfort with managing information across ERP, SFDC, SAP, Trackwise, DMS, Planview and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Technical or Business.
• Collaborates with external customers and internal partners (commercial, quality, operations).
• Strong relationship-building with a customer-first attitude.
• Able to work independently while handling customer-facing duties.
• Comfortable using multiple business systems (ERP, SFDC, SAP, Trackwise, DMS, Planview, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Be the interface between customer and Lonza to ensure delivery.
• Represent the customer’s interests on-site as their advocate.
• Serve as the primary internal contact for contractual questions.
• Maintain knowledge of all agreements (Development, Commercial, Quality).
• Operate according to PM training profile and standard work.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project life cycle.
• Lead timely demand signals through IBP forecasting per product/customer requirements.

The actual location of this job is in Singapore.

Office‑first roles

This is an office‑first role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work. You will work primarily in the office,with the flexibility to work remotely for up to 20% of your time (up to one dayper week).

What you will do:

• Be the interface between the Customer and Lonza to ensure execution and delivery according to expectations.
• Understand the Customer's needs and represent their interests by acting as their advocate on-site.
• Serve as the primary internal contact for questions or issues regarding contractual obligations.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of all agreements (e.g. Development, Commercial, Quality).
• Operate according to PM training profile assigned processes and standard work to effectively manage projects.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the life cycle of the customer project.
• Lead timely demand signals throughIBP forecasting as per requirements of the product type/customer

What we are looking for:

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Life Sciences, Technical or Business.
• Collaborates with external customers and internal partners, including commercial, quality and operations.
• Strong relationship-building skills with acustomer-first attitude.
• Work independently and manage customer-facing responsibilities, while also collaborating effectively with internal partners.
• Be comfortable in managing information across a wide array of business systems (e.g. ERP, SFDC, SAP, Trackwise, DMS, Planview,SharePoint).
