Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for a 1 year contract to manage inbound and export shipments, coordinate clearance, and support warehouse operations in Singapore.

You will liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, brokers and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries, EUV records, and accurate inventory. This role requires attention to detail and strong teamwork to sustain business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Track daily inbound and import shipments with carriers such as Expeditors, Flexport and FedEx, escalating delays and providing status updates.
• Coordinate export and import clearance processes, including cargo permits and customs instructions with customers and brokers.
• Support external warehouse operations, including finished goods transfers and cargo clearance.
• Manage End User Verification (EUV) documentation and maintain records against relevant sales orders.
• Prepare and update commercial invoices, including manual invoices for RMA cases.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through weekly warehouse report reconciliation and cycle counts.
• Coordinate replenishment of packaging materials with vendors to maintain stock levels.
• Work with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics.
• Monitor operational requests and provide timely support during working hours.
• Coordinate team coverage during planned or unplanned absences to maintain business continuity.
