RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Institutional Sales Executive to drive new business in the education sector from Henderson Road.

You will target primary and secondary schools, tuition centres, and education institutions with our educational assessment books and learning resources. This is a 50/50 hunter/farmer role focused on acquiring new accounts while growing existing relationships. Qualifications

• Diploma or above.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop a strong understanding of educational assessment books and learning resources.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with schools, tuition centres, and education organisations.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, teachers, educators, and institutional customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable educational resources.
• Conduct sales presentations, product briefings, meetings and attend events to promote products.
• Manage existing accounts, grow relationships, and identify opportunities for repeat sales.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and education-sector developments.
• Identify new sales opportunities and provide feedback to management.
• Handle customer orders and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.
• Follow up on post-sales enquiries and resolve customer issues.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates.
• Work independently while collaborating with internal teams to support growth.
