Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Executive to develop and manage institutional accounts, promoting educational resources to schools and tuition centres. The role combines field sales with a weekly office presence, targeting schools and education institutions in Singapore.

You will drive new business and repeat sales, balancing a 50% hunter and 50% farmer approach, and work to meet monthly and quarterly targets while building strong relationships with customers.

Formación

• Diploma or above preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably selling educational resources to schools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strong knowledge of the company's educational resources and their USPs.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with primary/secondary schools and tuition centres.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, teachers and institutional customers to understand needs.
• Conduct product presentations, meetings and promotional activities to recommend suitable resources.
• Manage customer orders, coordinate deliveries and handle post-sales enquiries or issues.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets through a balanced Hunter/Farmer approach.
