Job summary

Deutsche Bank is seeking a role within the FIC Client Enablement function focused on onboarding and client experience for Institutional Client Group (ICG) clients in APAC. You will coordinate across Front Office, Credit, Legal, Onboarding, and KYC to ensure timely readiness and launch of client accounts.

Key duties include driving end-to-end onboarding, contributing to FX account backfills to hit 2028 revenue targets, and delivering pipeline reporting for senior management.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant work experience in Banking/Finance/Consulting.
• Experience preparing senior management reporting, dashboards, or performance metrics.
• Knowledge of capital markets, institutional clients, and client onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and account activation across multiple stakeholders to ensure timely launch dates.
• Drive process improvements for FX onboarding to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Prepare presentations and updates for senior management with clear recommendations.
