Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in Singapore is seeking a client enablement professional to manage funds onboarding with top Institutional Client Group clients. You will coordinate inputs from Front Office, Legal, Compliance, KYC, and Operations to ensure timely onboarding and activation aligned with revenue targets.

The role requires 2-4 years in Banking/Finance, strong stakeholder management across APAC, and a track record of data-driven reporting.

Qualifications

2-4 years of relevant work experience in Banking/Finance/Consulting.
Experience preparing senior management reporting, dashboards or performance metrics for senior stakeholders.
Knowledge of capital markets, institutional clients, client onboarding or investment banking products.
Experience in a dynamic environment with multiple concurrent workstreams.
Proven ability to coordinate across diverse internal stakeholders in APAC.
Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding and activation for key ICG clients, coordinating across Front Office, Credit Risk, Legal, Compliance, KYC, Operations and other stakeholders to meet target launch dates.
Analyze onboarding data and client feedback to identify trends and drive process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
Prepare presentations and management information for senior leadership, articulating risks, bottlenecks and opportunities for acceleration.
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across APAC and across functions to ensure timely resources and clear priorities.
