Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) is seeking a Client On-Boarding Specialist to join the Global Delivery Team. You will manage the setup of new client product configurations and collaborate with Client Service, Sales, Product Management and IT to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, coordinating timelines, conducting demos, maintaining onboarding documentation, and ensuring solutions meet minimum standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrate experience in client service, finance or project management.
• PC skills – Word and Excel; knowledge of Outlook, Salesforce, XML and SQL a plus.
• Tremendous interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Solid customer service skills and good business judgment.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese are essential.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong working relationships with clients throughout onboarding.
• Communicate expectations and deadlines to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Act as an escalation point during onboarding.
• Capture client requirements as needed.
• Ensure product solutions satisfy client needs.
• Confirm solutions comply with external vendor policies and ICE standards.
• Manage client test/trial process and onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate hand-offs to client service and provide client demos as needed.
• Maintain accurate client communication records and update stakeholders.
