Job summary

Lam Research Corporation in Singapore seeks a seasoned Site Technology Leader to run the Field Process team (Clean/Deposition/Etch). You will manage daily operations, mentor engineers, ensure safety training, and align project delivery with business needs across NAND, DRAM and related processes.

You will collaborate with Account Teams, Global Product Groups and customers to demonstrate Lam’s technology roadmap, drive value-added solutions, and maintain strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8+ years of supervisory experience in semiconductors.
• Strong knowledge of Etch, Deposition and Clean processes.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Field Process team (Clean/Deposition/Etch).
• Lead safety training and annual performance reviews for engineers.
• Develop customer relationships and deliver timely process solutions.
• Collaborate with Account Teams and Global Product Groups to present Lam’s roadmap.
• Identify opportunities and ensure on-time execution of projects.
