MongoDB is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive, Growth in Singapore for a hybrid role. You will prospect into CTOs and IT leaders, manage the full sales cycle, and drive growth across MongoDB products and services.

The role emphasizes enterprise sales in Vietnam, Vietnamese language proficiency, and achieving revenue targets through strategic territory planning and strong collaboration with the sales ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle sales experience closing new customers.
• Experience selling to enterprise customers in Vietnam preferred.
• Proficient in written/business Vietnamese; collaboration with Vietnam clients.
• Proven cold calling and pipeline-generation skills.
• Track record of overachievement and hitting targets.
• Ability to articulate business value of enterprise tech.

Responsibilities

• Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT leaders, and technical end users in Vietnam market.
• Build strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle for all MongoDB Products & Services.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve revenue targets.
• Build a sales pipeline in Salesforce and Terret while maximizing prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Sendoso, and Outreach.
• Collaborate with the sales ecosystem to drive sales initiatives and partnerships.
