Job summary

Sync In Motion Pte Ltd is seeking a Motion Desktop Support Engineer to deliver on-site and remote technical assistance for client hardware, software and peripherals. You will join a small team of two, manage user accounts and support installations and migrations at client sites, with a focus on high-quality service.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows), software and hardware.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and with colleagues and clients.
• Basic programming or SQL knowledge is an advantage (e.g. C, C++, SQL).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end users, on-site and remotely.
• Install and configure software and hardware, and support installations and migrations.
• Manage user accounts and provide application support.
• Maintain IT peripherals and perform data backups.
• Log incidents and follow up with vendors until they are resolved.
• Maintain good client relationships and a high standard of service.
