Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and identifying their specific shopping needs.
• Maintaining knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies.
• Processing payments accurately via POS systems.
• Receiving shipments, tagging items, and organising stockroom inventory.
• Replenishing merchandise and maintaining visual standards on floor.
• Managing fitting rooms and assisting with size/style recommendations.
• Handling returns, exchanges, and customer complaints professionally, reducing friction.
• Monitoring the floor to prevent theft and ensure safety.
• Coordinating with team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Opening and closing procedures and till balancing.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Promoting and marketing the business.
• Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies.
• Taking reservations and handling customer inquiries and complaints.
• Preparing staffing/sales reports and keeping financial records.
• Assessing profitability and suggesting improvements.
