Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related disciplines.
• Effective communication skills used to interact with staff, customers, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage staff and services to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
• Analyze operating results with the team to identify and implement performance improvement opportunities.
• Monitor cashiering procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and minimize consumable wastage.
• Maintain labor productivity by overseeing staff scheduling and workflow.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate daily business information and prepare staff for service.
• Supervise, mentor, train, schedule, and evaluate staff performance.
• Oversee inventories and order food, beverages, supplies, and equipment to meet operational needs.
• Prepare sales reports and update management on business performance to support informed decision-making.
• Lead and guide sales team members to achieve targets through coaching and performance management.
