Job summary

Quintessential Education is looking for a Communications Executive to manage day-to-day liaison with families, answer enquiries, and keep them informed as their child progresses with QE programmes. The role is open to full-time or part-time candidates and is based at Orchard Road, Singapore.

You will also support marketing, partnerships, and operations, including enrolments, schedules, and communications in English and Mandarin, with potential to convert to a permanent position.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles such as education or service industries.
• Fluent English and Chinese; other languages are a plus.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily parent and student enquiries with timely responses.
• Explain QE programmes and match students with tutors and mentors.
• Maintain marketing materials and partner relationships.
• Coordinate class schedules, enrolments, and renewals with families.
