Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Confident handling phone conversations with parents and senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple systems and digital tools simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management: outbound/inbound calls to qualify prospective families for consulting programs; update Salesforce; move leads through pipeline.
• Meeting & Conversion Support: schedule qualified consultations; prep leads for consultations; ensure clean handovers between teams.
• Event & Outreach Engagement: follow up event leads; assist in school talks and Crimson events; represent Crimson professionally at industry events.
• Relationship Building: establish strong relations with prospective families; maintain empathetic communication, especially with Mandarin-speaking parents; deliver premium first impression aligned with Crimson's brand.
• Reporting & Continuous Improvement: maintain management reports; improve outreach scripts and qualification techniques; stay informed on admissions trends and education landscape.
