Responsibilities

• Architect, optimize, and manage Monday.com as the company's centralized operational management platform; include automation structures and workflows.
• Design and maintain a centralized SharePoint ecosystem with scalable information architecture.
• Develop and implement integrations between Monday.com, SharePoint, Slack, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and other platforms.
• Build and execute workflow automations using Zapier, Make/Integromat, and API-based integrations.
• Implement Generative AI solutions to automate repetitive operational processes.
• Create dashboards, reporting structures, and executive visibility tools.
• Collaborate with department heads to map pain points and design scalable processes.
