Job summary

Adecco is recruiting for a role with a leading banking technology organization in Singapore to reshape how work gets done using AI, automation, data and workflow solutions. You will focus on practical AI adoption and productivity improvements across business units.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with automation, data analytics, dashboarding, and AI productivity tools, and can translate complex needs into actionable solutions while engaging stakeholders and driving adoption.

Qualifications

Experience designing and delivering automation, reporting, analytics, or workflow solutions from requirements gathering through implementation and user adoption.
Experience engaging business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and translate business needs into practical solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
