Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an AI & Workflow Automation Specialist to identify, design, and build practical automation and AI-enabled solutions supporting the Tech COO.

You will work with business users and programme teams to understand pain points, gather requirements, and develop lightweight tools, dashboards, scripts, and workflow automations that boost productivity and decision-making. Qualifications

• Experience designing and building automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical automation and analytics solutions.
• Proven scripting experience and dashboarding development.

Responsibilities

• Identify manual, repetitive processes suitable for automation or AI.
• Conduct workshops with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Translate requirements into designs, prototypes, dashboards, scripts, or low-code workflows.
• Build and iterate proofs-of-concept using tools like Copilot Studio, Agent Builder, Glean, Python, SQL, or dashboards.
• Develop Python scripts or lightweight automation for data processing and reporting.
• Query structured and unstructured data to support automation and reporting needs.
• Create dashboards and visual reports using Tableau, QlikView, or Python dashboards.
• Document requirements, logic, assumptions, and user guides clearly.
• Engage stakeholders to clarify requirements and drive small automation initiatives.
• Drive adoption by explaining functionality and gathering feedback.
