Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an AI Transformation & Automation Specialist to build AI agents that automate internal operations and to design AI-first workflows across multiple departments.

The role focuses on developing internal AI tools to boost productivity and decision-making, and on creating end-to-end automations using APIs, AI models, MCPs, n8n, Make, and other orchestration platforms. The successful candidate will identify manual processes to automate, train staff on AI

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents and workflow automations.
• Experience designing AI-first workflows across departments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Building AI agents to automate internal operations.
• Designing AI-first workflows across departments such as Accounts, HR, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Developing internal AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Building end-to-end automations using APIs, AI models, MCPs, n8n, Make, and other orchestration platforms.
• Training and supporting employees in adopting AI solutions.
