Job summary

Supermetrics is seeking a Professional Mid-level Technical Onboarding Specialist to drive hands-on onboarding, platform setup, and training for enterprise customers. You will lead workshops, translate business needs into scalable data solutions, and help shape AI-assisted delivery workflows.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure successful implementations and drive value from data pipelines, APIs, and SQL-based integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation, onboarding, technical consulting, or a similar technical role.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, APIs, and JavaScript and/or Python.
• Solid understanding of data pipelines, data modelling, and integrations.
• Experience leading customer workshops, onboarding sessions, and training.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Onboard & enable customers with hands-on onboarding, platform setup, training, and best-practice guidance.
• Deliver complex enterprise implementations and define data flows, integrations, and strategies.
• Shape AI-assisted delivery by identifying automatable repetitive work and refining AI-generated solutions.
• Support customers and pre-sales by contributing to workshops, demos, and POCs.
