Job summary

Profound, a leading AI marketing platform, seeks an Engagement Manager to drive adoption and outcomes for a portfolio of 25–35 enterprise customers. You’ll lead onboarding, implementation, and strategic reviews, partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering to maximize value from the Profound platform at scale.

This on-site role in our Singapore office (also NYC, SF, Boston, London) requires 4+ years in enterprise customer success or consulting, excellent communication, and a data‑driven

Qualifications

• 4+ years with enterprise customers in CS/AM/consulting.
• Strong communication for presentations and demos.
• Self-motivated with passion for customer relationships.
• Comfort with ambiguity and challenging problems.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven approach.
• End-to-end ownership with project management.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience in the search or marketing industry.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of 25–35 enterprise customers.
• Own onboarding, implementation, and outcomes with Profound platform.
• Conduct strategic business reviews, identify opportunities and risks.
• Understand customer objectives and manage cross-functional relationships.
• Develop expertise in AI search and LLMs.
• Multi-thread engagements to mitigate stakeholder turnover risks.
• Collaborate with Account Management to ensure value delivery.
• Work with Sales, Product, and Engineering to optimize implementation and resolve issues.
