Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer for the Kaki Bukit area to drive HVAC/ATCS solutions with strong pre-sales and tendering skills. Basic plus commission package is offered and you will be engaged from prospecting to project handover.

You will act as the technical specialist in client discussions, tailor energy-efficient proposals, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in HVAC, cooling systems, or industrial equipment.
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical systems (e.g. cooling towers, chillers, heat exchangers).
• Experience in tendering, proposal preparation, and cost estimation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and engage clients to promote and sell HVAC and ATCS solutions; close deals and achieve revenue targets.
• Serve as the technical expert for ATCS during client presentations; analyze requirements and propose energy-efficient solutions.
• Manage end-to-end tender process: attend tender briefings, site visits, prepare detailed technical proposals and RFPs.
• Calculate accurate BOQs, select equipment, ensure specs align with project requirements.
• Optimize HVAC solutions to balance client needs with internal cost control and pricing.
• Act as the link between client, internal engineering teams and external vendors for seamless pre-sales to project implementation.
