Job summary

Carrier in Singapore is seeking a results-driven HVAC aftermarket sales professional to manage and grow service accounts in the local market. You will engage customers, develop tailored solutions, present proposals, and coordinate with operations to ensure high service value and loyalty.

Travel to client sites is required, and a transport allowance is provided. This role offers growth opportunities within Carrier's HVAC business in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• HVAC sales experience or fresh grads welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, chiller plants, airside, BMS, energy services, and building services.
• Valid driving license with willingness to travel (transport allowance provided).

• Prepare and review contract terms to ensure clarity and mutual agreement.
• Provide marketplace feedback to inform business strategy.

Drive growth by managing and expanding HVAC aftermarket service accounts. Support organic business growth through customer engagement, solution development, and strategic sales in the local market.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer representative and lead contact for all customer-related matters
• Manage a portfolio of accounts using structured account management processes to identify key customers and develop targeted growth plans
• Analyze customer needs and collaborate with the Technical Support Team to provide tailored HVAC solutions
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities with existing and new customers, updating them on Service Value Added Offerings
• Develop and present detailed proposals to customers, coordinating internal processes to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Foster customer growth and loyalty through continuous support and proactive assistance
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints by evaluating problems, developing solutions, and recommending actions to customers
• Organize regular Service Reviews with customers and Operations teams to address urgent jobs and critical issues
• Understand customer and vertical market needs to determine effective pricing and selling strategies
• Prepare and review contract terms and conditions to ensure clarity and mutual agreement
• Provide marketplace feedback including competitive intelligence, customer expectations, and industry trends to inform business strategy
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned to support business objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical)
• Relevant HVAC sales experience / Fresh Grads are welcomed to apply.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, Chiller Plants, Airside, Building Management Systems (BMS), Energy Services, and Building Services
• Valid driving license with willingness to travel for customer visits (transport allowance provided)
