Job summary

Carrier Singapore (Pte) Limited is seeking a growth-focused HVAC sales professional to manage a portfolio of customers in the aftermarket service segment. You will drive organic growth by identifying opportunities, presenting proposals, and coordinating with technical teams to meet customer needs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of HVAC sales experience, willingness to travel, and a drive to expand into new markets while maintaining strong existing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5+ years in HVAC sales.
• Ability to grow new markets and foster existing accounts.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, Chiller Plants, Airside, Building Management System (BMS), Energy Services and Building Services.

Responsibilities

• Act as customers' representative and lead point of contact for customers.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts and use account management processes to grow identified accounts.
• Identify options to meet customer needs and coordinate with Technical Support to provide those options.
• Identify opportunities with existing and new customers and update on Service Valued Added Offering.
• Identify sales opportunities, prepare proposals and coordinate processes to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-lasting relationships.
• Encourage customer growth and loyalty through continuous support and assistance.
• Resolve complaints by investigating problems and proposing solutions.
• Organize regular Service Reviews with customers and Ops team on hot jobs and issues.
• Understand customer needs and determine pricing and selling strategies.
