Job summary

Carrier Singapore (PTE) Limited is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to drive HVAC aftermarket service growth in the local market. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, engage customers, and develop tailored HVAC solutions in collaboration with the Technical Support Team.

You'll identify sales opportunities, present proposals, and ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive support, service reviews, and clear contract terms while traveling to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) is required.
• HVAC sales experience is a plus and relevant fresh grads are welcome.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, Chiller Plants, Airside, BMS, Energy Services, and Building Services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer representative and lead contact for all customer-related matters.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts and develop targeted growth plans.
• Analyze customer needs and collaborate with Technical Support to provide tailored HVAC solutions.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities with existing and new customers; update on Service Value Added Offerings.
• Develop and present detailed proposals; coordinate internal processes to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Foster customer growth and loyalty through proactive support.
