Job summary

Oceanmaster Engineering PTE LTD seeks an experienced RHVAC Engineer to lead and supervise RHVAC technicians on site across Singapore. You will oversee commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting and installation of RHVAC equipment, ensuring safety and quality.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Refrigeration Engineering, at least 2 years RHVAC experience, and strong written/oral English. You will coordinate with clients, prepare survey/inspection and progress reports, and assist in

Qualifications

• Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration Engineering (Bachelor’s Degree).
• Minimum 2 years RHVAC experience.
• Proficient in Refrigeration Cycle and RHVAC troubleshooting.
• Proficient in written and oral English communication.
• Proficient in material take-off and labour estimates for RHVAC projects.
• Good understanding of electrical circuit diagrams and HVAC controls.
• Good technical writing skills.
• Good leadership, coaching and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and as a team player.
• Knowledge on Project Scheduling Software or AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Train junior RHVAC technicians.
• Ensure compliance to Safety, Health and Environmental standards.

Job description

• Attend or lead a group of workers to job sites to carry out various activities including but not limited to:

1. RHVAC commissioning

2. Servicing

3. Troubleshooting

4. Installation of equipment/appliances

5. Coordination or Commercial meeting

6. Survey/inspection

• Resource and project planning
• Liaison with clients on project technicalities when required
• Write survey/inspection reports
• Write progress reports and close out reports for every assigned tasks
• Liaison with clients on project technicalities when required
• Assist Sales and Commercial Department on material & labour estimates for quotation purposes

QUALIFICATION

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration Engineering (Bachelor’s Degree)
• Minimum 2 year experience in RHVAC field
• Procient in Refrigeration Cycle and RHVAC troubleshooting
• Procient in written and oral English communication skill
• Procient in material take or and labour estimate for a given RHVAC project
