Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory PTE. LTD. is seeking a Control Engineering Specialist (BMS for HVAC) in Jurong.

The role involves designing, developing and implementing BMS control solutions for HVAC systems across Southeast Asia and India. Salary SGD 6,000 – SGD 9,000, working Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM. Applicants should have a Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering and at least 5 years of BMS experience, with BACnet, Modbus and IP-based communication knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering discipline is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BMS control engineering, testing and commissioning.
• Experience with HVAC systems including Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Cooling Towers, VRF/VRV, and Ventilation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement BMS control strategies for HVAC systems.
• Perform testing, commissioning and optimization of BMS, DDC and PLC-based systems.
• Provide technical guidance and support for building automation projects.
• Travel overseas to support project commissioning, troubleshooting and training.
