Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Control Engineering Specialist to design, develop and implement BMS control solutions for HVAC systems across Southeast Asia and India. The role covers engineering, programming, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and system optimization.

The candidate will work on Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Cooling Towers, VRF/VRV and ventilation systems, with BACnet/Modbus/IP communications, and will travel overseas for project support and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related
• Minimum 5 years of BMS control engineering, testing and commissioning
• Experience with HVAC systems (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, VRF/VRV) and BMS/DDC/PLC
• Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus and IP-based communication protocols
• Ability to interpret HVAC drawings, control schematics and wiring diagrams
• Willing to travel overseas for project support and training

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement BMS control strategies for HVAC systems
• Develop control logic and graphical interfaces for building automation
• Configure networks using BACnet, Modbus and IP protocols
• Perform testing, commissioning and optimization of BMS and PLC-based systems
• Prepare commissioning reports, manuals, and I/O schedules
• Provide technical guidance and travel for project support and training
