Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Control Engineering Specialist to design, develop, and implement Building Management System (BMS) control solutions for HVAC systems.

The role covers engineering, programming, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, system optimization, and providing technical support for building automation projects across Southeast Asia and India. Applicants should have at least 5 years in BMS control engineering and be willing to travel overseas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BMS control engineering, testing and commissioning.
• Experience with HVAC systems including Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Cooling Towers, VRF/VRV, andVentilation Systems.
• Knowledge of BMS, DDC, and PLC control systems.
• Experience with BACnet, Modbus, and IP-based communication protocols.
• Knowledge of HVAC control principles (airside & water-side).
• Willing to travel overseas for project support, commissioning, and training.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement BMS control strategies for HVAC systems.
• Develop and modify control logic and GUIs for building automation.
• Configure communication networks using BACnet, Modbus, and IP protocols.
• Perform testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of BMS and PLC systems.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
• Prepare commissioning reports, manuals, and I/O schedules.
• Provide technical guidance and training on HVAC control systems and building automation.
• Travel overseas to support project commissioning and training.
