Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Control Engineering Specialist to design, develop, and implement Building Management System (BMS) control solutions for HVAC systems.

The role covers engineering, programming, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimizing building automation across Southeast Asia and India. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's in Electrical/Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years in BMS control engineering, with BACnet/Modbus/IP communications

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in BMS control engineering, testing and commissioning.
Experience with HVAC systems including Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers and VRF/VRV.
Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus and IP-based communication protocols.
Ability to interpret HVAC drawings and control schematics.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and implement BMS control strategies for HVAC systems.
Develop control logic and GUIs for building automation systems.
Configure networks using BACnet, Modbus and IP protocols.
Perform testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and optimization.
Provide technical guidance and training; travel overseas for project support.
