THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD.

is seeking a Control Engineering Specialist to design, develop, and implement Building Management System (BMS) control solutions for HVAC systems across Southeast Asia and India. You will engage in engineering, programming, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and system optimization, providing technical support and traveling overseas to support project commissioning and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronics or instrumentation engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BMS control engineering.
• Experience with HVAC systems: Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, VRF/VRV, ventilation.
• Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, and IP-based protocols.
• Ability to travel overseas for project support.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement BMS control strategies for HVAC systems.
• Test, commission, troubleshoot, and optimize BMS, DDC, and PLC-based systems.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
• Prepare commissioning reports and control narratives.
