Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Control Engineering Specialist to design, develop, and implement Building Management System (BMS) control solutions for HVAC systems.

The role covers engineering, programming, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and system optimization for building automation projects across Southeast Asia and India. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, review drawings and specs, configure BACnet/Modbus networks, and provide technical support.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics or related field.
Minimum 5 years in BMS control engineering, testing, and commissioning.
Hands-on experience with BACnet, Modbus, and IP-based protocols.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement BMS control strategies for HVAC systems including Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Cooling Towers, VRF/VRV, and Ventilation Systems.
Perform engineering, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of BMS, DDC, and PLC-based control systems.
Travel overseas to support project commissioning, troubleshooting, and training activities.
Review HVAC mechanical drawings, control schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
