Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Control Engineering Specialist to design, develop, and implement BMS control solutions for HVAC systems, covering engineering, programming, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting across Southeast Asia and India.

Based in Singapore at 2 International Business Park, Strategy, the role requires five years in BMS, a relevant engineering degree, and willingness to travel overseas for project support and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BMS control engineering, testing, and commissioning.
• Experience with HVAC systems including Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Cooling Towers, VRF/VRV, and ventilation systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement BMS control strategies for HVAC systems.
• Configure and integrate communication networks using BACnet, Modbus, and IP-based protocols.
• Perform testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of BMS and PLC-based control systems.
